Amazon Seller Central Access for Customers

If you are a new customer to East Coast Prep and Ship, we welcome you. If you are a existing customer, we thank you for your business.

Amazon recently introduced a new way for service provides such as East Coast Prep and Ship to access your Amazon account. Please follow the steps below to setup your Amazon account access using the new "Authorized Partner" permissions.

1. Login to Amazon Seller Central

2. Navigate to Settings --> User Permissions

3. Click on the Authorize Partners Tab and then Click on the "Add Authorized Partner" button

4. Copy the one-time invitation link and send a message to your customer Slack channel with the link and a message: "Please accept this authorization link to access my Amazon Seller Central account with my store name <INSERT STORE NAME>

6. East Coast Prep and Ship will open the link and send an invitation to your account email

7. Accept the invitation to authorize East Coast Prep and Ship as a provider to access your account and send a note in slack that you are accepted the invite.

8. If you are an existing customer, please remove the child user access (after step 7) for any email matching the following: amazonprep@eastcoastprepandship.com, amazonprep2@eastcoastprepandship.com, amazonprep3@eastcoastprepandship.com
