Fragile Items - Examples include candles, glass items, collectable toys. Multipack / Bundles that are considered fragile will be charged the per unit rate plus fragile item rate. Bubble wrap is included and product boxes (as needed) are billed separately.

Returns to supplier or customer - Regular per unit prep rate plus shipping
Destroy / Disposal Fee - $0.40 per unit and $2.00 for oversize units
Invoice Storage - All paper invoices and packing slips are stored from shipments and ship them your business address - $15 processing fee (includes shipping)
Hazmat Shipments - Please contact us prior to shipping Hazmat items. A $5 per Hazmat shipment fee will be applied
Ungating Photos - $10 per brand. Includes 3 photos - All 10 items, single item front, single item with UPC
Special Requests - We bill a rate of $40 / hr for any special requests outside of the normal receiving, packing, and shipping process.
** Outbound FBA shipment totals must contain a minimum of 20 units across all ASINs
** A $50 service fee will be applied to any account that does not ship more than 200 units per month
